Our History
Normandy Village has served as a peaceful community oasis in Nanuet, NY, since its establishment in 1965. Originally built in the 1960s, the property transitioned into a condominium in the 1970s.
Today, we have 16 buildings housing 114 one and two-bedroom units. The newest construction was completed in 2012, preserving the community’s classic appeal while updating select areas.
Annual Unit Owners Meeting
Our annual unit owners meeting takes place each October. All unit owners are welcome and encouraged to attend! This is the ideal setting to share thoughts, raise suggestions, and discuss ideas for the community’s future, from maintenance and amenities to long-term initiatives.
Active participation strengthens our collective decision-making and helps maintain Normandy Village as a desirable place to live. We look forward to your input every year.
